how i can help
Hi, my name is Rich Pringle and I’m passionate about working with challenging teens in Hastings and the surrounding areas.
Whether it be within schools or privately, I specialise in working with young people aged between 12 and 18 years old. Young people that are perhaps not making the right decisions, have been or are currently excluded from school and or suffer from disciplinary issues within the school environment.
My goal is simple. To help them reach their full potential. Through my managing behaviour through exercise programme I combine my experiences as a martial artist, personal trainer and mentor to provide an environment where these children can thrive.

Behavioural Support
Through Exercise
Working with up to 12 students on a group basis for an hour.
This is great for the children that are perhaps disruptive in class or get excluded (or truant). I use exercise and sports as a way of engaging students. Improving behaviour, increasing confidence and reducing anxiety.
One to One sessions
Working with students on a one on one basis for an hour. This often includes 30 minutes talking on their level about worries they may have. This is guided by the individual and could include “controlling anger” or “managing anxiety” or any other worries raised by the student. This is then followed by 30 mins of exercise.
Regular 20 minute mentoring sessions
A programme mentoring 3 young adults individually. Within that hour (20 minutes each) on a twice weekly or weekly basis. Setting goals behaviour wise and finding out how they are doing. Reviewing, chatting and goal setting on a weekly basis.
